Job Summary:

Incumbent is responsible for providing analytical support to Finance and Treasury while focusing on day-to-day treasury related functions. Provides support and assistance in treasury activities such as coordinating daily cash management, initiating payments, facilitating investment/borrowing decisions and acting as the primary contact for treasury issues and questions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Day-to-day banking management:
- Determines daily cash position and executes investments to optimally manage cash.
- Formats wire transfers in bank system and ensures payments are adequately supported, approved, and informed.
- Deposit and maintain appropriate record checks received.
- Initiates foreign currency trades.
- Resolves Tier I issues presented by various departments or external auditors.
- Maintain and provide historical records and transaction back-up to internal groups and external auditors.
- Analyzes banking services costs to ensure billing accuracy.
- Assists in the relocation of bank accounts.
- Assists in opening bank accounts.
- Maintains and assist with the administration of electronic banking systems and external bank portals.
• Maintains banking relationships.
• Prepares various reports, including PAC for external legal counsel and collections for credit department.
• Prepares documentation for letter of credit amendments.
• Monitors debt compliance requirements.
• Provides administrative support to the treasury department.
• Performs essential functions of Treasury Director in her/his absence.
• Assist with the preparation of daily and weekly cash forecast report.
• Assist with audit requirements and annual audit process.
• Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures for treasury activities.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes.
