This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and supervisory duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clerical support function of the assigned department/division/function. Schedules meetings, conference calls and appointments for the assigned function.
Prepares appropriate response or correspondence to inquiries or requests from other departmental personnel or outside vendors.
Organizes and maintains files, records or documentation relating to the business operation of the assigned function or department.
Makes travel arrangements to ensure lodging and/or transportation needs are met.
May work with other administrative staff for office space planning, logistics or moves, and may monitor facilities to ensure safety, security and proper maintenance.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
