Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, this position conducts all necessary job calculations for cement and plugging & abandonment jobs, ensuring a safe work environment on the job site, and monitors the work performed by the cement specialist, plugging & abandonment specialist, and pump operators to be carried out effectively and meeting client satisfaction. Acts in a lead capacity, providing guidance to one or more crews and/or specialists.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Performs accurate calculations on all aspects of cement job and plugging & abandonment job to ensure they are carried out properly and according to client expectations.
- Ensures that quality products and services are provided to the clients including maintaining productivity standards for all P&A equipment functions, following safety procedures for a safe working environment for all rig employees, and adhering to all applicable governmental regulations for compliance.
- Ensures efficient maintenance of assigned rig and auxiliary P&A equipment.
- Serves as the "safety mentor" for the all personnel on well-site addressing any safety concerns.
- Completes all necessary forms, work ticket and all other paperwork required for P&A operations, including log book entries (wire line log).
- Prepares customer invoices on the job site, recording job data from data recording system.
- Carries out quality control and quality assurance role on the job site to ensure client's needs are met and the best service is provided.
- Maintains regular contact with current clients to provide excellent care and to seek new opportunities for potential and new business.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Multi-tasking skills and basic problem solving and organizational skills preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in cementing and oilfield well servicing is required.
- Considerable experience in cement operations or closely related function.
- Valid commercial license required with clean driving records.
- Working knowledge of all well forming aspects preferred.
- Working knowledge of P&A equipment.
Education Requirements:
Education and knowledge listed below represent the demonstrated skill in a specific area required for this job.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
